OpenOne Outgage Management

The OpenOne Outage Management System is fully integrated with the OpenOne CIS/Billing and ESRI-based GIS modules to provide real-time executive viewing. This module comes complete with a comprehensive outage prediction engine and standard statistical reports.

With OpenOne, complete outage histories by service can be maintained. Tight integration with the OpenOne CIS/FM database provides trouble call input, outage notes and relevant statistics. Also, the system offers letter generating capabilities for planned outages. Multiple dispatchers can be supported and crew assignments can be easily tracked. Plus, OpenOne provides an IVR interface.

The system also enables live connectivity updates, which also allows missing protective devices to be added during an outage. Transformers within a line section are also allowed. The OpenOne Outage Management system supports ABB-CADOPS and Milsoft's Dispatch.
